The best shoes for nurses

#1

I used to work a lot of double shifts and my feet and legs would be killing me by the end! Then I discovered danskos! Great arch support and so comfortable! Now I have 3 pair! Black, white, and purple!

#2

Tried dansko one time they killed my feet. Once was enough:)

#3

I love my Dansko shoes! They killed my feet for 1 week but once I broke them in they were fabulous!

#4

New balance sneakers are great on the feet and reasonably priced! They are a nice wide shoe and wear well.

#5

New Balance sneakers are the bomb! Def my favorite

#6

I always use New Balance, but I’m interested to know if there are other great brands to look for.

#7

I usually use new balance too. But I recently got a pair of asics and they are just as comfortable. .if not more. With both of these sneakers the higher the number the more supportive they are…

I’ve been working as a CNA for the past 7 months and it has really killed my feet. Now I’m getting a new job and want to celebrate with a new pair of shoes… Right now I’m switching between Puma Voltaic https://www.tennisexpress.com/puma-womens-voltaic-5-running-shoes-black-and-blue-iris-41882 and Nike Free TR fit http://jonsguide.org/best-top-nike-free-trainer-5-0-reviews/ . Both are excellent shoes for me but it might not work for everyone else. I’ve heard awesome, awesome things about Asics, though.

#9

I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED NURSE MATES. THEY HAVE GREAT CLOGS WHICH ARE NOT EXPENSIVE AND ARE VERY COMFORTABLE, THEY TAKE THE WALKING AND CLEAN EASILY.

#10

hahaha, yes they are quite comfortable to me also.

Clogs! I don’t find much comfortable for longer shifts but my friend she can’t live without clogs. We both are a best friend but opposite in shoe preference. :stuck_out_tongue:
