New Feature: Question of the Week

#1

We’re going to start a new feature called “Question of the Week.”

We’ll pose a question to you, to help kickstart the conversation.

Feel free to submit questions to be considered for this feature.

  1. How do you feel about encountering death/end-of-life care in practice? Are you prepared?
  2. What doesn’t the Public know about RNs? What would surprise them?
  3. Are you a Nurse for the profession, the money or another reason?
  4. Why a Nurse and not a Doctor?
  5. What would you tell your younger self about nursing, if you could?
  6. What has been the most rewarding moment of your nursing career?
  7. What CE topics do you look for?
  8. My light has been on for hours! Where have you BEEN?!
  9. What are the most common questions you are asked as a Nurse?

What the public does not know about nurses is that most of us consider it a calling not just a job. Being a nurse is a gift “to take care of other” when they are not able to take care of themselves.
