New Course: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Training

After almost a year of work, we’ve finally launched our ACLS course. We started development of the course last summer, when we began writing the course content. Filming also began in the summertime, in August, and wrapped around January of this year.

Preparation of the course material and the website followed, and we’re excited to share it with you.

With nearly four hours of video content, there are nearly sixty training videos covering a wide variety of subjects. A few topic areas are pharmacology, patient assessment, resuscitation team dynamics, cardiac rhythms, and post cardiac arrest care.

The structure is very similar to our CPR and First Aid training programs, but has a new type of testing that is scenario based. These scenarios have been designed to help you learn the algorithms necessary for leading or being a part of an ACLS team.

The ACLS course has been reviewed by Dr. Eric Egeler, MD.

If you’re a Nurse, Dentist, Physician or Pharmacist, we can offer up to 8 continuing education (CME/CEU) credits. This is made possible through the joint providership of Postgraduate Institute for Medicine and ProTrainings.

If you’re ready to take your ACLS course, get started now!
