Hi, I am enrolled in a dnp program that focuses on system leadership and am wondering if I should continue or transfer into a masters np program. I am wondering which one is more marketable. I presently work at the bedside in the icu bit my back hursts and I gotta work for 20 more years. Any thoughts or experience would be appreciated.
