Hey All...I love Recruiting Nurses. The one thing I have heard over and over is that Recruiter's call, ask a bunch of questions and then move on. Like robots, they collect information, get what they need and then leave you feeling like you were just a door mat. What can I do differently? Seriously...Nurses are in high demand. Does anyone care about the nurses or are we so money motivated we only care about filling empty positions. Don't get me wrong, I NEED A PAYCHECK! But something in me says if I treat the candidates like more than just another phone call or interview on a tic sheet...I will be better off, and make more money.
For a Recruiter, Nurses are hard to find. When we find a good one, shouldn't we treat them better? Seems like common sense to me.
If I can help you or anyone you know by answering questions or letting you know who is hiring...Please feel free to reach out to me anytime.
